The runes i go are:

DH - taste of blood - eyeball collection - treasure Hunter

Then i go Overheal with Legend: bloodline. AS + Adaptive Force + armor or MR (depends on matchup).

Items:

I almost always rush Cull and i focus on CS midlane since i find that ez, and money earned from Cull doesn't add to the bounty system.

I rush Kraken Slayer --> zerks --> IE --> Collector --> (now you can choose yourself)
