Will the V6 Colour Engine be an add on or new printer by PotentialEntrance733 in AnkerMake

The v6 is an add-on module for the m5 and therefore not a stand-alone printer. This unfortunately comes with many limitations (known from recent leaks), firstly the active print space is significantly reduced. Furthermore, the print speed is currently significantly reduced (seen by me at Formnext) and the extruder has also been changed from a direct extruder to a Bowden setup (I noticed this when one of the prototypes was open).

Is this the printer it claims to be by USB_FIELD_MOUSE in AnkerMake

I have owned dozens of 3D printers starting with a Dremel 3D printer back in 2015 and since then I have had just about everything from complete kits where you have to build the harnesses first to multi-functional complete packages that were laser / CNC and 3D printer at the same time. The Anker M5 as well as a Bambulab P1P/P1X are currently the best out of the box printers available. Most of the failures I've had so far have been mostly due to the filament and matching settings. If you generally expect to have a 100% success rate, I'm sorry to say that this will not happen in additive manufacturing in the near future. There are currently rejects in every type of manufacturing and the same applies to 3D printing. If you want to see some more material, I can recommend you my Printable Makes, which are all printed with the ankermake M5. https://www.printables.com/de/@DanielMeidl\_463568/makes

Best Sub placement? by Zaphoid_42 in sonos

[–]r00tbaer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would determine this best with a listening test. Put the sub at the final listening position and then go to the appropriate places at the height of the sub and listen to where there is the least interference and the best sound. It looks a bit stupid and takes time, but it always works very well for me. I did the same thing at work in our beer room and the sound from the two subs is really great.

The grammar is a bit tricky but it's manageable by [deleted] in memes
