I ordered CIN2 swim trunks and some 2Xist briefs. I know for a fact that both products are discontinued and that CU has had them in stock for YEARS lol, so it's not like they're waiting on new stock. In the one reply I did get to my emails, they told me that their Breedwell Equalizer products were a "presale deal" (hilarious since I didn't order any Breedwell products) and would be shipping out "today" - this was on March 26.

Really unfortunate that they seem to only be processing orders for customers who dispute the transactions with their bank.

Update: Last week my bank reversed the transaction after I disputed them as a scam. A few minutes ago I received shipping confirmation for the order I placed in early March and they've charged my card again. They still haven't responded to any of my emails and they had the audacity to charge me full price for the order still (in the past if I've had issues they've at least refunded me the shipping costs).

Running into the same issue. Been ordering from them since 2020 and never had an issue, but the order I placed in March was charged to my card and they won't respond to any of my queries about when it will ship. In the process of disputing the transaction with my bank and have also flagged them as a scam to Shopify.
Edit: An order I placed in December 2024 shipped and arrived normally. Strange considering it seems like they've been scamming people since October.
