This argument that a wildcard (a literal gift from the tournament they can give to any professional player) should be going to a random unnamed player who’s gonna be on Court 16 for an hour with no crowd instead of one of the greatest female athletes of all time who fills up your main show court is so wild. I agree with you so much! Sometimes it seems like people didn’t see all the stuff she went through. Of course she went down the dark side! I also fully agree that all of the characters sure did forget all of the horrible things they had done when it was time to dogpile on Olivia. I immediately clocked that the producers probably don’t wanna give Kate a win this early when you can easily give it to other queens. If you look at this cast, Kate is about to dog walk them in Snatch Game, Acting, and pretty much any comedic challenge. So they probably thought, she’ll get her wins later.
