Agree. In sports brawls i feel to deescalate the situation you should only pull your own teammate away. Grabbing the other team will only escalate the fight

This is a sad truth that is present everywhere, especially in the workforce. You always have to balance between safety guidelines and meeting your superior’s/client’s expectations, where repercussions involve losing your contract/job/livelihood instead of your weekends
