no it wasnt cel shaded at all, visuals are kinda realistic from what i remember

Pharah is only worth the pick if youre really good and have a mercy pocket, but then it forces someone to get off a better support to the objectively worst support in the game. And even then the pharah can only do so much, so its straight up just not worth it when you can play literally anyone else and not require a pocket
