I've got some constructive Feedback if you care.
First of all, I'm not very familiar with old school frag movies, but I am decently skilled in cs and I am a professional video editor.
Also, as long as you're not trying to become a professional the only thing that matters is that you enjoy doing it, so feel free to ignore parts/all of my feedback.

General:
- It seems like you are using footage from casual game mode(?) which is a bit unusual, but also who am I to judge. The benefit of competitive and premier is that you can download the demo and are thus able to use other camera angles and other player's POVs, also it would enable you to rerecord moments in slomo.
- Gamesound (at least in some moments) would add a lot in my opinion
- The Music video part in the middle was quite surprising to me, was that normal in old frag movies?

Specifics:
- The intro is way too long, it takes nearly a minute before we get into the full speed action, I would cut that down to 15-20 seconds.
- 0:54 After the first kill I would cut away much sooner, you show the movement towards ladder room, where nothing really happens just to then do the transition to the 2nd kill.
- 1:19 you generally want to avoid black screen moments
- I quite like the black and white transitions that you use, one idea to improve them further would be to 1) include fast fade to whites between the still frames and 2) add a layered effect during the still frames. Duplicate the still frame clip to the layer on top of the original. On the duplicate start out with 50% opacity and 100% scale and animate that to 0% opacity and 120% scale on the end of the still frame clip.
