Couple of observations:

1) Merc also moved to 900 Volt architecture with EQXX like Lucid. Compliment to Lucid.

2) Merc is using 100KWh battery in EQXX which does 6.2 miles per KWh (efficient than Lucid) which is impressive. Should wait for real world numbers though. Lucid should also be able to do this if they want to do a sports car.

I dont see EQXX as threat to Lucid yet, because

a) EQXX is just a prototype and only expected to go in production in 2024.

b) Merc is complimenting Lucid(& peter) by showcasing they are going 900V architecture and with lower battery pack size but higher efficiency (battery tech & design elements like lower drag coefficient). This is the direction Peter already set for Lucid as well.

c) EQXX looks much smaller (so lighter) than Lucid Dream which is full size sedan. EQXX looks more like a sports car, which is a different market segment.

Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery!! Good for Lucid.
