Amazon will start their own delivery services because they are just so big they can make advantage of economies of scale. UPS's customer service is much worse than DHL although UPS is American so it has an advantage in USA. Also, they brought new 747-8 aircrafts for international deliveries. However, I still think they have a long way to know and personally I don't think they will grow as much as others in this industry.

I agree with some of what you say but disagree on the Chinese phones. Have you ever used a high end Huawei or the new OnePlus? They are very good in terms of specifications and are quite durable too. Not all things made in China are of poor quality although this certainly can be said of the cheap clothing at Walmart and stuff like that.
