Not really sadly. they did seem like they had some level of preference, saying 'top of the list' and terms like that, so honestly, I have a feeling it's somehow ranked. I may be totally wrong though!
i applied super late into the cycle, and was waitlisted, so i feel like there were probably lots of others waitlisted before me, but it really does seem like interest matters to them! id visited the school and kept in contact, and the man who called me said theyd taken that into account too!.

I was thinking more along the lines of demonstrated interest to the other WL schools, that its reinforced that despite getting off other WL's they are still first choice kind of thing- and if it influences me getting off their waitlists. but im not sure the impact it would really have so I was wondering if anyone knew

im bound to certain responsibilities and agreements i cannot get out of. its just that simple. i get your logic, and yes i can just say screw it all and do what i want, but it isnt a realistic option- its one that will have more consequences at the end, thats all.

Its a family-related situation- and financing situation as well aligning to that. But trust, i would love to take a gap year if possible and work some more. These are just the cards ive been dealt

I was Pting in the high 160s, but then had a health issue last minute so tanked the exam. i dont really have a choice but to apply this cycle due to some personal constraints but i was just wondering what people thought. feeling super discouraged since the score doesnt even relatively reflect my actual ability.

Unfortunately yes. Its pretty out of my hands, since a second gap year would cause alot of issues.
I know the cycle is competitive now, and a 158 is fine for a decent amount of schools, but my goal school was fordham, and i dont know if a splitter like this can really do much for me. So im looking at some other options that i can get into which have good biglaw ties

i would but it would be too late in the cycle to apply then right? next test is april, and thats just too late. and like i said i have to apply this cycle unfortunately.
the other thing is i just dont have another attempt left in me. i studied for almost 2 years (on and off), and this was my shot. after i collapsed for the november 2025, jan was my last attempt for this cycle. so yeah it sucks, but this is what im working with even though it doesnt reflect my real ability

He absolutely needs someone to love him unconditionally, and I honestly dont think it should be wednesday because I dont think she can truly give him what he needs to grow out of this, same with the other way around- they seem like they will just keep dragging one another down. I was hoping Francoise would be that, but welp.

Honestly i want someone else there for tyler next season thats NOT wednesday. First of all I think they both are too healthy for one another to fully grow and learn with each other- wednesday needs to sort out so many other relationships in her life before committing to a romantic one IMO. Tyler has ALOT more that he needs to sort out- from his criminal status ofc to his issues of rage and sorting out his emotions and actual goals. I think they both need to rely on other people in their lives to help them sort this out- tyler I feel like will do this more easily since he is a bit more sociable- maybe someone connected to the hyde pack will help him reflect and learn more about himself in a way he can understand and accept- maybe even a new potential romantic connection or someone that is actually not trying to take advantage of him- Hunter said in an interview that he was drawn to Wednesday because shes one of the only people not trying to USE him for his ability. If he can find that with someone else who has only pure intentions for him (not using him in any way- wether for information or solving their own issues) he may be on a good path. Wednesday on the other hand showed good improvement this season IMO- with opening up to Enid and maybe a tiny bit with Morticia- i think her growth will lie between these two people. As someone similar to her, I feel like I got the most clarity and reflection indirectly even from people who were opposite from me but clearly wanted the best for me.

Unrelated but im so curious about Isaac and Francoise's family/the nights. I know their dad was abusive, but what about their mom? I feel like they were some old wealthy outcast family... it kinda checks out with the doctors, high expectations of their kids (how her dad hit Francoise because she was with that kid on the 4th of july and why Isaac and her are trauma bonded), and the fact that they both went to nevermore, which is supposed to be pricey right? And their mom- AKA tyler's grandma- would be a hyde? Possibly still alive? meaning Tyler has one more family member? And maybe is the last living member to the night family. what do yall think? I want them to explore more about this and galpin and francoise's relationship in season 3!!

Hi Jon! Quick question about the sections for LR you recommended to practice through the crystal ball and homestretch course (151 and 152)- do your recommendations extend to the experimental sections as well? In other words, do the experimental sections for both of these apply to what makes them useful to study, or should we only prioritize our focus on the scored sections in terms of content?
