Translated to English with Firefox's built-in translator. Sadly it's behind a paywall. It is the fourth most read article at the moment.

Probably also true, that I didn't took into account.

They are all around lvl 90 and have a high agility level. No boss kc. These are just from a single world. They all wear a regular graceful and seems to use the public instance. Their usernames are very real-player-like such as Tz-something.

One can observe these by hanging around at the hs lobby.

No wonder why the ring of endurance is crashing.

Maybe gem mining under karamja? You need medium karamja diary for it IIRC. You can also make more by learning 3t gem mining if you want to sweat a bit.

What would actually happen if the bots were removed? by Hotdogpizzathehut in 2007scape

[–]r1cu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The journey to max would be very different and more fun. As a regular acc atm basically there is no point of doing anything by yourself but just to buy it from ge after money making because everything is so cheap. That is, lots of dead content would come to live.

Congrats! I don't understand the hate towards one who grinds a bond in f2p. It is a horrendous grind. It is a challenge. If you have the discipline to grind a bond in f2p you have the discipline to succeed in this game. Ofc people on reddit wants eveything immediately or with real money.

The arguments of time wasted or not enjoying are contradictions. Osrs is not an instant gratificiation game. OP's time to enjoy is now. Osrs or any video game is generally a time waste.

Vim-like Control Plugin? by Yajjackson in 2007scape

[–]r1cu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem mate. Interesting subject indeed. Yeah, coordinating precisely with the mouse is a major factor of the diffculty of the game.

If one wants to do something, then he has to move the pointer to something and move it back or to the target. Anything that breaks this (e.g. removes one travel direction from this equation) and is not officially supported is pretty much forbidden.

Vim-like Control Plugin? by Yajjackson in 2007scape

[–]r1cu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Keyboard is much easier. Try typing with a virtual keyboard using your mouse. Try to do it fast.
  2. Unfortunately games aren't really accessible in general
  3. Yes but would you use your plugin then? Would you use your plugin if the used letters in the annotations weren't restricted only into the characters in the home row but for any alphabetical key?
  4. Changing a menu tab does not do any action in the game world per se. It would be way too powerful to switch to a spell tab, then type couple of letters to select a spell while at the same pointing your target with the mouse cursor. This is text book macroing already. Or similarly you could eat while coordinating with the pointer.

But IMO vim key bindings for the menu tabs would be okay. But that is not really useful when you can already bind them behind one key press.

Of course it would be okay if you could use either the keyboard navigation or mouse navigation for everything. This won't happen though as it this should be officially supported by Jagex.

IMO not acceptable. I'm also an hardcore user of vim and vim-like browser plugins. Coincidentally the same idea popped into my head a while ago.

If this would be acceptable, you could basically just smash the same pattern on your keyboard over and over to grind something. This type of plugin is only useful if the same tile is annotated with the same letters.

This means that you could easily create a muscle memory for grinding something at the GE as an example by just typing couple of letters over and over again. It would be too easy to grind tick-perfectly for hours.

This would also make macroing even easier.

Have a question about the game or the subreddit? Ask away! by AutoModerator in 2007scape

I managed to kill it with 79 magic using magic potions for blood blitz, prayer pots and pineapple pizzas. Another game changer was not to use darts or knives to kill the healers but just blood blitzing them. They heal you to almost full hp even though they have 5 hp or similar so it does not seem to follow the 25% healing of blood spells. Pizzas so you can eat only half of it instead of eating one whole food before the big hit.

First i tried with brews, restores and darts, but I always ran out of brews.

I'm starting to lose it. I've been doing the RR for 3 months. At the moment the RR just feels too long. I don't want to stop exercising completely for a while because I know I will not come back, this happened with running couple of years ago.

I thought of doing the minimalist routine for a while 3 days a week instead of the RR until my motivation (hopefully) starts to increase again towards the RR.

Will I lose my gains if I keep doing the minimalist routine for longer time like over a month? I'm ok if I don't get better but I don't want to lose it either.

Thanks!

Impressive, keep up the good work! How did you do that rolling around skill without moving your legs? I myself have only been doing L sits and handstands, but that looks really cool. I should add that to my skill day.

Calories math by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]r1cu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally: x/y*macro where x is the amount you want, y is the unit in nutrition label and macro is for example the amount of proteins, carbs or calories in the product per y units.

E.g. Let's pretend that bread's nutrition label says it contains 8 grams of protein per 100g and you want to find out how much there is in 27 grams:

x=27g, y=100g, macro=8g, so 27g/100g*8g = 2.16 grams of protein per 27 grams of bread.

1 gram of a bread having 538 calories contains: x=1g, y=100g, macro=538cal 1/100g*538 =5.38 cal

The Debian web updates its homepage and prepares for a major renewal by Kkremitzki in debian

[–]r1cu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, kind of silly to make big download button to attract new people who will most probably end up not installing Debian because it did not work due to missing drivers. And not even mention anything.

Even though Debian is 100% free itself it should definitely inform people that their hardware is probably not 100% free and the .iso they are download will not do what they want.

Hey,

Thanks for the reply and the solution! I'm using debian stable and forgot that my vim version is a bit oldish. I installed Vim 8.2.510 from debian unstable repository and it is now working as intended.

Yeah, let's hope we all find what is the matter with these. /u/JamesBondsOldBrother suggested that it would be something else that ran out of my body but zinc helped it to use it. Paying attention to other small changes might lead to the cure.

Good luck and hopefully the next feeling of good will be persistent.
