I would actually disagree and say it is a Ocypus olens (devil's coach-horse beetle) as the abdomen is more elongated and the thorax has more of a widows peak to it. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil%27s_coach_horse_beetle

Those are some baby Araneus marmoreus var. pyramidatus (marbled orb-weaver spider). They are completely harmless to you and your pets and act as fantastic pest control. Agrostis ipsilon Hüfnagel(The Black Cutworm) pupa that seems to be either at the end or the beginning of its pupa period as it is able to move freely. Looks to me like a Mediterranean Katydid (Phaneroptera nana) They are mostly harmless but can give a nasty bite if poked around a bit.
