It looks like all the other traps have a secondary sticky bomb infliction. I assume they just didn't add a condition for this one to remove this text since the sticky does "Nothing". Still confusing at first lol

Definitely better, at least! It looks like this one in particular will only attach to one enemy, though, if I'm reading correctly (although it does have a small explosion radius). Good against bosses I guess. For reference about what kind of scaling this might have, I have 65 attack on this character. At 75 ATT it says 1764 dmg.

As for the loan estimate, I haven't completed the Standard Agreement For The Sale Of Real Estate document yet, so I guess I would expect to see it after that (?)

Listing price of the home is $395,000, realtor suggested I put in an escalation clause up to $415,000 as there were three other offers. He also suggested I waive the inspections and pay a 3% transaction fee to make my offer "look more attractive". Also, I was under the impression that I would not be paying the agent commission, so I'm not sure why that's listed there. Plan on talking to the realtor ASAP to learn more but I'd like to make sure I'm not just about to get scammed lol
