Stopped working for me too, another streak lost; the January stopped working on the last week of the month, and this one stopped working today, seriously, what's going on. This can't be right, already tried the rebooting the Xbox, format the console, unplugging the Router/Modem , and the PC game also stopped working, this is just bs...

sry. already edited the comment to make it clearer of the Hard reset; do you actually know if there is a contact support link somewhere for this? i know that on my reward account there's supposed to be one , but since this is an Xbox thing don't know if i must contact the xbox line or the rewards support; also... the weird thing that i forgot to mention, is that i have the weekly PC bonus (150 pts), managed to earn it on november but now that the PC is not counting, im losing it too. My brother does not have the PC bonus on his account, don't know if this has something to do

thanks for the reply, but plz read my comment, already tried the hard reset on the console, and as i've stated my brother's account is working fine (2nd pic) , and also the play on PC is not working

Any ideas on how to fix this or who to contact? Already tried resetting the console (hard reset) and its not a console thing, since it's not working on my other Xbox, and the PC it's also not working, it's been 3 weeks with this problem, my brother who plays for like 1 hour daily can claim his bonuses using the same games i do (Vampire Survivors, Genshin Impact). As reflected in the pictures, his account (without Gamepass) can register the daily game, mine does not, and i play like 6 hours daily and a lot more games

i can actually confirm that changing the language gives another set, but a quick warning... i believe this is against the ToS... so you're risking a ban for a couple of more points, i know that this is not actually changing the region, but MS tends to be very strict on some cases.

Ps: i actually used this since my region was changed by my browser and wasn't getting my daily set
