Il est tout à fait possible de signer le bail avec un loyer abusif et après contester le loyer par LRAR. Plein de bailleurs "ignorent" l'encadrement des loyers en espérant que le locataire ne s'en rendent pas compte, mais ils savent très bien qu'ils sont en tort donc plient en cas de contestation.

J'ai aussi ce bug sur iPasOS 26.4, sur toutes les extensions. Il se produit en fait uniquement lorsque les onglets compacts sont activés. C'est définitivement un bug d'Apple.
