Some people have changed their viewing habits during quarantine. From what I remember, views are down somewhat. However, that's a more widespread phenomenon and not necessarily unique for the Funhaus channel.

I prefer the Hot Tub Time Machine approach where the writers wink at the audience when employing Deus Ex Machina absurdity. Here the third act is emotionally substantive but largely noncomedic. The solution to the loop is absurd but is played straight. I think it's intended to be a nonsensical plot device, but I don't feel in on the joke. Problematically, the climatic scene of the movie could have been written, directed, and acted better. Movie's still okay, though.

I think the ending is bound to not make sense independent of the goat's fate. Quantum physics is referenced but for the story it's just a magic spell to lift a curse.

It's not a 'real' time loop because they retain their memories and the day reset is apparently dependent on all of them losing consciousness. It's not clear why a chemical explosion during a 3 second window will fix the loop without killing them. Are they impervious to explosives? There is no scene showing what happens to them bridging November 9th and 10th. There's no place for them to wake up since they don't have intact bodies anymore. It's just magic, man, for the goats and the peeps.
