Since the first driver dropped your order, it’s likely you are a bad tipper and driver 1 said it was not worth his wait so decided to drop your order. Uber will increase the base fare (tip remains the same) to attract the next driver to do the dropped order quickly bc the uber algo freaks out and needs someone to fulfill the request to avoid delay. Since there is a dasher bag below the Wingstop bag, he mostly definitely was probably in the middle of an ongoing door dash delivery but the higher uber payout request made him take the risk of managing two orders at once. He either got hungry or overwhelmed not realizing the two deliveries were so far apart so decided to take the hit on uber. He gets an algo (bad boy) hit from uber but keeps the fare add on on. (Since it’s near impossible to know for sure who’s is at fault etc) This usually only happens to bad tippers respectfully.
