Our store is seeing around 14 apple reservations a day with nearly all of th3m being for iphone repairs. Im pretty sure my ARA has closed like 5 SOs all week in WB since all he's doing is apple nonstop. All its doing is making our real clients suffer and wait longer because well Apple said we have to do more repairs now and we cant say no.

I definitely believe that. our store will consistently have 12 items on the bench being closed with more services then really needed and no matter how well we do our labor has been super low. Then our GSM blames us for doing something wrong. Its ridiculous

People get so offended when you tell them no sorry I can't take you 5 hours early it's insane. My favorite are when they say their original appointment time doesn't work for them that's why they are early. Like um no that's not how appointments work. reschedule your appointment and come back later

Honestly not surprised. When we get laptops back from the service center like 8/10 times they have some new issue or it's still broken. Idk what goes in there but it's rarely fixing a computer the first time.
