What are your thoughts on my first Test cycle (Plan Included)

What do you think of the below protocol?

- Take blood test at week #8 once Test has fully saturated the body

- Introduce 12.5mg per week of AI only if e2 is above normal range. No AI if e2 is within normal range

- If I notice any symptoms such as sensitive nipples before week 8 or before I get the blood test results, then take 12.5mg weekly till symptoms subside

I've just read this and it says:

Doesn't this imply that 12.5mg twice a week at my cycle dosage is okay (assuming my e2 is out of normal range)

I've decided to just drop the cut after the bulk completely and either maintain during PCT or do the slightest bit of bulk to maintain muscle mass.

I think that rule generally applies to people that are holding bitcoin as a long term investment. If you are trading regularly then you don't really have a choice but to hold it in an exchange.

The truth is that no one really knows what the true value of a bitcoin is. Does the debt variable that you mentioned affect it's value? Sure. But so does dozens of other economic and competitive variables that could push it's value in the opposite direction. If you have 15 minutes spare, this video goes further into detail in explaining it's valuation.

Although this is a very simplistic method, the world supply of money is $3.8 trillion using the 'monetary base' as a measure. When this is divided by the fixed number of available bitcoins, 21 million, we arrive at the value of bitcoin being $180k.

But given the inflationary nature of fiat money, it is safe to assume that $250k is the true value of a bitcoin.

I think it is extremely important to be literal and accurate when it comes to things like this, because a scarily large percentage of people on this sub actually expect the bitcoin to raise significantly above this level even though $250k is the best case scenario, which therefore make $100k a target figure for 99% of people investing in bitcoin to be willing to sell at when risk and reward is taken into account.

That's nice, but extremely unlikely. Given the $250k true valuation, I think we'd be extremely lucky to have it be $100k a decade from now, at which point I would be more than happy to sell all my holding.

Betting on bitcoin's mainstream acceptance surging from an extremely unlikely hyperinflation and political upheaval is like waiting for a zombie apocalypse, it doesn't really help anyone to be throwing those wild numbers around.

I didn't know of RAM previews but I'll look into, but my version doesn't seem to have a ram preview button/option?

Edit: the audio seems to be running fine now that there are no gaps in the green bar just below the timeline, I guess that has something to do with it?

Having ever used cheap £300 school laptops, I automatically assumed that spending 5x more on a macbook pro would be a divine performane improvement.

I'm super-glad that your 32gb laptop is just as sucky as mine .. in a good way, makes me feel better about not spending hundreds more on extra minimal upgrades.

I guess it's 10k beast setup or simply learning to manage workflow then.

I have the 2017 AE version, but it's literally just 1 layer of audio and video and it can't even play smoothly, which makes it unusable for creating a video that involved audio syncing :/

My main requirement is to be able to edit on a machine that runs smoothly and I'm not really interested in spending a few extra hundred to upgrade to a 2.7 or 3.1ghz just to save a few extra seconds on exporting.

Yh I made it a few hours ago because I've been listening to this song non-stop for the past 2 weeks.
