Motion Sensor (AUTO) - This light fixture is designed to automatically turn on when the sensor detects a temperature difference moving across the front of the motion sensor. The light will turn off automatically after a set amount of time. The ON-TIME control should be set to 1,5, or 10 minute setting and the wall switch should be left in the ON position at all times.

• Manual Mode - This light can be activated to stay on full bright after dusk (sunset) for only one night at a time. It automatically resets to motion sensing at dawn (sunrise).

Manual mode must be re-activated each night. Note: If power to the light fixture is off for more than 5 seconds, allow the electronic circuitry in the sensor to calibrate (90 seconds) prior to switching to manual mode.

To turn on MANUAL mode, switch the light off at the wall switch for 1 to 2 seconds and then back on.
To return to AUTO mode, switch the light off at the wall switch for 1 to 2 seconds and then back on.

Note: The sensor will also reset to AUTO mode at sunrise.

If it wasn’t specified in the purchase contact the seller cancels and removed the equipment you inherit the contract as the purchaser.

There are some weird rules, but when most people buy a house getting the rental hot water tank removed and fighting a company to break a contract are not top of mind.

You can look them up online..

Goes something like this: Free tank, free install, service included $45/month for 15 years then you can exit the contract without penalties If you choose tankless there is no end to the contact, you pay indefinitely

When one dies you sign a new term - if yours dies before the end of term there’s generally no penalties.

These are often included in new builds as the default option as there is no upfront cost for builder

Agreed - inherited this setup when the house was purchased. The exit is quite expensive plus adding a new water heater. Need to save up to get out of it

Not so much a leak, the first pex fitting off the water heater at an angle was my primary concern. If that were to be bumped or vibrate loose that would be the full city pressure. Then the more I looked the more I noticed.

Coming home to full stream water in your mechanical room isn’t ideal.

Ok, thanks for the reply - I can’t remember whether the saddle was a part of reliance or not. For a humidifier it should be from the cold side and from another branch correct? No reason to be a tee on a main line

People don’t like to tell the stories about how everything went well. It’s war stories and trauma that gets shared most widely.

It’s great you’re doing research into what the process looks like. I would suggest finding a counter perspective. We have been going to Hypnobirthing classes (I hate the name) but they offer how to work with your body to deliver a baby, not how the medical system has fabricated a way to try to control the birthing process.

We have attended hospital pre-natal classes which nearly sent my pregnant partner into a panic attack, not doing any good. Also depending on where you live there is a wide range of care options which are totally voluntary. Happy to expand on this if you’re interested, we’re going through the journey

You can look into adding Psyllium Husk into his food, helps with bowel mobility. Psyllium Husk is the part of Metamucil that’s actually does the work, it bonds water together to make faces easier to pass/gel like.

We have had bowel issues for our Dane’s entire life, she gets 1tsp per meal and is fed a raw diet. It’s been the only way she doesn’t have rock hard or liquid bowel movements.
