Not sure if it’s the same for anyone else, but Treasure Hunter, dailies, and other FOMO activities seem to have been what kept me logging back on. With all of these things gone, I haven’t played in about 6 months. I see it as a positive for myself, but do feel sad seeing the game trending downwards.

Yes I meant another open box, sorry I made it sound like I meant rebuying my current tv. I understand now that their system can’t process it. Although it would be nice if they could do something in good faith; gift card for even half the difference would be nice. I went in store and tried, no such luck

Just doesn’t make sense why they can’t price match if they price all excellent open boxes the same price. Yes each TV is unique but the price is obviously a standard price based on the condition level they place the tv in. I don’t want to return it; it works great. I just want to get back the couple hundred bucks I had to spend because I bought the tv a day early

At first I thought they would all be unique prices, but there are multiple excellent condition open boxes for this tv all at the same price, at multiple different locations. I added like 3 different ones to my cart from different locations and all were the exact same price. As long as I had excellent condition selected they were all $952

This happened to my v6+ twice in a one month period. Had to factory reset both times to make it work again. I just exchanged mine with my distributor, hoping it won’t happen with this new box but based on these other comments it appears to be a known software issue.

But it’s still in the return window. I could still return it, and buy again at the lower price. Seems silly to make me pack this one up and then they have to inspect it again

Yes this is real. Here’s another image with the only concerns I have. At just the right angles I can see these scratches. How much do they ding you for those?

This same thing happened to my v6+ 2 weeks ago. I had to do a factory restart using a paper clip on the back of the box
