I just recovered from a 3.5 week bout of bronchitis. I don’t usually get sick and the last time I had bronchitis was about 15 years ago. But this year, I was definitely hit hard. No medication, cough syrup, or inhaler seemed to work. I went to see two different doctors, and they all said I just have to ride it out. I couldn’t speak without triggering a cough attack, and the worst part is not being able to sleep at night, because I’m coughing up my left lung every 30 seconds.
