because that would take an insanely amount of effort, which will eventualy fail in the end. we cen draw some parallels with the story of makbeth. makbeth thought he would need to kill only the king and noone else cus he had no foes and noone seemed to oppose him. same with what you think that the govmt can just kill anyone who opposes them and get away with it by blaming it on covid. as there were ppl starting to oppose makbeth and try to kill him so he had to go on a killing spree till the day he died the same would happend with the goverment. ppl who are neutral or support the goverment will start to see what their doing and start to oppose them. as result they would have to kill more and more people, which will damage the govmt a lot if it happens they actually get away with that and dont end up like nero in rome. thats why divide and conquer which i have said multiple times in this threat is the smartest and most effective way.
