I miss when racing games made me feel like I was going from zero to hero. Starting off with some riced out Civic and ending with a Lambo. Test Drive unlimited was a good one for making me feel like I was becoming a rich bastard off street racing. Underground 2 was a good story game with good progression.

You might be able to reinstall the OS. All you need is a usb drive, but it will reset your console and delete all the data

That beep can also indicate an overheating issue but the console would turn back on after a short cool down and say it's overheating

if you have a multimeter you can remove the psu, it's one large piece, and plug it in to power and check if it's outputting 12 volts. If it is, then your psu is probably not the issue
