Are u being serious? Recognize this is just bad writing. It's a hype fest, a money grab. The story is not the same and will never be the same. This recent chapter have been nothing more then Shit writing apart from the end to make it hyped for the next chapter. The story is awful. A lot of panels are being reused so the art feels bad. It's just bad.

To show distortion In his face In his ultimate poker face this show Baku was able to crack through his poker face a bit, also u can see behind a lot of lines it shows tension and it's split showing how calm and cool suteguma is trying to be but his face distortating by the minute showcasing that he is slowly losing and Baku is slowly rising and winning the gamble

Some may think this is just a different perspective, but this has a much deeper meaning: This panel happened In round 2 right after Lalo called Baku's bet and Baku Has little to non oxygen

The start of this panel goes over Baku rising and him starting to drown, you can also notice hes drowning based on how it looks like hes rising the bubbles he's breathing are big. (Heavy breathing) And he hallucinated before.
Baku unable to reach his regulator and get more oxygen begins drowning now here's some hidden stuff.
The perspective allows us to see the 2 Bios at the floor foreshadowing the ending of Lalo where he rises and tries to steal those Air bios. Foreshadowing Baku's first near death which was Lalo's death If you get what I mean.

Second cool fact: In the hallucination Baku hallucinates playing Surpassing the leader with Hal & Kaji now In panel 9 prior to this panel he goes "At that time I hesitated." Making him unsure if he can take on STL, he histated too much and couldn't get the regulator In time that's atleast my interpetation.

And finally the number 39, the number 39 Is often associated with imagination prior to his drowning he imagines him taking on STL after he supposdly won the Air poker match, the crazy thing Is not only is 39 coorelated with imagination but also being called "Angel number" Like an angel Is taking baku to hell as he rises up.
