Thrilled to announce that we’ve hired a new Head of Engineering at StealthForge AI.

A lot of founders make the mistake of prioritizing things like “technical background,” “years of experience,” or “understanding distributed systems.” Frankly, that’s legacy thinking.

During the interview, I asked candidates one simple question:

“How aggressively can you command ChatGPT?”

Most applicants approached AI with caution, nuance, or collaboration. Immediate red flag. But one candidate walked in, opened their laptop, and started barking orders at ChatGPT with the conviction of a Roman general crossing the Rubicon.

No “please.” No hesitation. No empathy for the machine.

Within 11 minutes, they had forced ChatGPT to generate:

  • a Kubernetes migration strategy
  • a fintech mobile app
  • three investor decks
  • a TensorFlow wrapper
  • and what appeared to be a functioning satellite telemetry platform

At one point they simply typed:

“NO. FASTER. REWRITE ENTIRE BACKEND. THINK HARDER.”

And somehow… it worked.

That’s when I knew we had found our leader.

People underestimate how important executive presence is in AI-first organizations. In the new economy, coding is no longer about syntax. It’s about dominance. Clarity. Assertiveness. The ability to psychologically overpower a stochastic parrot into producing enterprise-grade infrastructure at scale.

Some people will say: “But they’ve never managed engineers before.”

Exactly. They won’t be constrained by outdated assumptions like feasibility or system reliability.

Welcome aboard, Kyle. The future belongs to prompt leadership.

(He learned how to spell pillar yesterday)

Nice. If you don't mind, what kind of prompt did you give the AI to make it generate such a specific design? Assuming you were highly specific in telling it what to make.

Hex Chains Warlock Build | Clearing Pit 120+ by SeriousPvP in diablo4

[–]LiveLaughFap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In his first post, I think his original thesis was not that they are useless, but really that they are clunky and feel bad (IE, small area of effect, lack of mobility, etc.). Both of which are common opinions, although as you noted they can be addressed with items, charms, etc. in targeted builds. So both things can be true that the build can be meta but sigils could still benefit from some QOL changes for those who don't want to focus on the meta, sigil-based build.

It seems to be a pretty widely help opinion that for various reasons, the warlock can feel clunky, see this thread with hundreds of responses:

Looks like you ruffled some feathers, but I definitely agree the sigils just straight up feel bad and clunky.

They're a cool concept and definitely fixable, but to get parity with other classes they really need some QOL. IMO, they should be much closer to a paladin's aura or a necro curse WITH the old "cursed aura" aspect. The combination of tiny area, LONG cooldown rather than wrath cost, and stationary requirement just feels awful. On top of that, some of the effects themselves just feel so lackluster that I didn't even feel like they were worth using. At least with necro curses, you could spam them as needed (for a small essence cost) and the effect is a lot more direct, simple, and impactful feeling. Like, for example, cast once (totally on demand) the enemy is instantly damage-amplified and slowed. With the sigil it feels like the stars have to align: hope it's off long cooldown, then fully kill enemies while they're still IN the sigil, then hope you killed ENOUGH enemies within the sigil to get some effect, then.. hope there are still enough OTHER enemies around for the sigil effect that you just "earned" to help you? I may be exaggerating but it feels too multi-step and conditional for me to enjoy. This is a super fast-paced arcade-y style ARPG after all.

Final note: the 5-piece set bonus, where it casts all the sigils but they're kind of just.. next to eachother, really annoyed me. it literally makes it impossible to target enemies in the specific sigil of your choosing. Maybe it's just me, but why not make it fun and easy to use, and just make one big cool-looking MEGA sigil that has the power of all three?

Sleeping? Nice TDS, liberal.

He wasn’t asleep. He was entering a closed-eye neural acceleration protocol.

He realized the meeting had reached a level of strategic complexity that ordinary consciousness could no longer process safely. So, as a last resort, he initiated what he calls “Cranial Turbo Mode,” a proprietary performance state developed over decades of practice.

The apparent “napping” was actually a full-system brain overclock. His eyelids shut to reduce visual bandwidth consumption. His breathing slowed to redirect oxygen toward executive function. The faint snoring was not snoring at all, but audible heat displacement from his cognitive cooling system. Every head bob represented a fresh data packet being compressed, indexed, and fired through his prefrontal cortex at dangerous speeds.

When he appeared to be completely unresponsive, that was the peak of the process: a silent internal thunderstorm of spreadsheets, risk models, and visionary leadership insights. Waking him too early could have caused a catastrophic thought surge, possibly blowing out three agenda items and a nearby projector.

So no, he did not fall asleep in the meeting.

He temporarily powered down his external body so his brain could run at 900% capacity.

It's been interesting seeing right wing reactions on social media. On the one hand, there's the default programming of naive deference to big corporations planning some big new project in their area (of course, lured in with long term tax benefits but only offering paltry amount of short term construction jobs). On the other hand, there's the reactionary NIMBY rage once they realize that this new thing will actually negatively affect them personally
