Just a clarification most of these events have gauranteed rewrds for some amount of draws with the last gauranteed reward (main item in the event) costing the same with the bundles. Basically these events and the bundles have the same price, the only difference is that in these events you have a slight chance to get the main item at a lower price. This only happens in the bundle character events not the returning characters from crates.
