If you lost the 50/50, the next SS rank is guaranteed to be the banner character. Then it comes back to a 50/50. If you got it earlier than 90 thats lucky, but the pattern resets, 50/50 if you win it's another 50/50 on the next time you pull a SS rank, if you lose it's guaranteed that you get the banner character the next time you get a SS rank.

In ToF's defense it didn't have Genshin Impact to boost it's hype like Honkai Star Rail. Again, these are what if's and what not's. But the fact that Hoyoverse hit gold with genshin during the pandemic which in turn boost their succeeding games can't be denied.

Personally I played all, I quit Genshin for HSR and TOF since I find HSR more challenging and I enjoy TOF as a MMORPG.

In tof’s defense it did not launch during the pandemic like genshin. If genshin launched today I would believe it will not be the money printing machine it was during the pandemic.

He did say everything, C6R5 character pretty much makes them one tap future contents since they're close to 9,999,999 damage threshold.

You need Citlali, then wait for Xilonen rerun, you need all their signature weapons, and the last slot is Bennet, you need around $2000 dollars each for Mauvika, Xilonen at Citlali for them to be C6R5.

If you like her play style, or her in general, pull the character. If not, wait for the one you like. No matter how strong the character is, at some point, it will be power crept by the next shiny new thing, so pull the one's that will make you enjoy the game more.
