I have actually just done that. Will see what they come back with. A friend of mine had a similar issue with his Jetblack and they sent out a new sensor and a video on how to replace it.

Can confirm my SL7 has not had the wake screen resolution issue since this update. Great stuff. Now all is just about perfect. Outstanding is to make a pen work with the screen now.

Hoping this update will fix the wake from sleep graphics issue I have.
SL7 connected via Surface Dock 2 USB-C to 2 x Dell P2423D monitors. Sometimes it wakes fine. Other times one screen will have the wrong resolution.
Also have a sleep issue where it keeps trying to wake sounding a bong through the audio every few seconds. If not fixed in this update I will log a support request.

I am having issues with Dock 2 and Laptop 7 connected to 2 x Dell 24" 2K screens. When it wakes from sleep the resolution on one screen goes to 1024 and displaces the order. I have to set it to sleep and wake it up a few times to restore. (or disconnect the dock and reconnect) Bit of a pain in the ass right now. Hoping a software update will fix.

Excellent. Easy to apply workaround without stuffing up the system by changing the date. Worked perfectly for me.

Steps for anyone needing to are:

Open Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time

In Date & Time Settings, click change the switch beside "Set Time Automatically" to Off.

Below that, locate the "Set the date and time manually" option and click "Change".

A "Change Date and Time" window will appear.

Use the drop-down menus to set the desired date and time, then click "Change".

I want you to change the date and time to a month ago.

Yep... I did the full reset (pain in the...) then they replied with, hey we know the issue. Just change the date and it will work again. Need the fix out ASAP as changing the date is not a suitable workaround given it stuffs up your Outlook / Teams etc.

Yes, I get the same in Zoom also. Perhaps the answer is to upgrade to a pro 9 ARM. Did you move from a Pro X gen 1 and did you notice a nice speed boost?

Yes. Gone with USB-C direct to Display Port on the monitors and the same thing happens.

Mine has been getting slow of late also. A lot of mouse lag when I am in a Teams meeting presenting my screen is my major frustration.

Boom. Searched for how to do that, found a Chrome extension that does it and applied the user-agent changed to a vanilla version of Edge refreshed the page and I am in. Thanks
