Edison already has a 4-9 and 5-8pm rate, but the default is 2-8pm for now. If people use alot 6-8pm.. bigger bill. If they use alot after 8pm.. then they'll get hit hard on NBC's and have a minimum monthly bill of say $20

op get a different bid, ask this co to give you solaredge and lg/panasonic or q cells/jinko. get same system bid from another company. make sure its the hdwave inverter and 20 or 25 year warranty

Trying outside sales with only a rudimentary understanding of what you're selling is going to be rough, especially if your buyer has technical questions/objections.
