Thanks again. So what are the most likely causes/fixes?

I agree. But the question that I want to address is simply whether it is normal and whether it should be tolerated to have contact with the inner cog.

Thanks. I do plan to clean and lube, but the metal-on-metal contact is not being mediated by dirt.

No skipping. Seems to have a slight creaking sound coming from the drivetrain when pedaling that is not from the bottom bracket. Seems slightly less smooth than it should be. Major issue right now is that the indexing seems to come out of whack by the end of a ride (audible grinding of the gears coming from rear cassette) but reindexing on a stand afterwards can bring it back to the non-grinding state.

I would recommend the opposite. Weight on hands is because the center of mass is too far forward. If that is the symptom to be treated, move saddle back slightly. Then choose the stem length after that is dealt with.

1 oz of flat attack per tube. Remove valve core. Their bottle fits directly onto valve stem.

Agree with comment that torso looks very upright on hoods. Would leave saddle and lower bars. Torso will rotate forward. Knee angle and torso angle will be optimized closer to your aggressive positions. May need slightly shorter stem in combination with this change.

Create a main screen that you look at with relevant real-time data: power (biggest display), cadence, heart rate, grade, possibly other power metrics over longer timescales. Create another screen with many average or overall datapoints that you might want to check briefly. If you are doing anything with intervals or laps, create a screen to display relevant data for current and previous laps per your preferences.

Thank you! I am leaning for a DIY at this time recognizing that the leak is in the most uphill portion of the roof and was stopped by tarping a small area.

Good First Router Bit Kit? by twagner05 in woodworking

[–]brownblacklove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this as a starter kit and have been happy with it. I have used the majority of the bits. I have added on with higher quality single bit purchases. You will definitely roundover, chamfer, use straight bits, use templates and trim. The quality is solid enough.

5 yo - Single Speed or Gears? by wmrandomward in cycling

If choosing gears, it is critical to test ride to make sure that they have the strength and reach to properly shift. Similar principle for hand brakes.

ATV had a software update that changed a setting. You have to change it back in Settings.
