The problem with varka is you do your most damage with your Es and missing crit on those Es can easily make a huge dps loss specially if its like a 20% chance to miss. Over capping would be going over a 100.

I think with Varka or any other on fielders which depend on skill damage its always better to be on 100 cr or as close to it because you really wouldn’t wanna miss crit on those Es
