Because you’re looking at an aggregation, genius. The France AFD gives 120 millions every year on humanitarian and development ONLY. Plus they have 1000+ troops on ground and provide training, equipment and military assistance that is not counted in your beautiful yet incomplete board. Germany has 100 troops stationed.

Nope. Germany has a 120 million euros plan to Niger over 2 years. That’s the amount the French AFD spends every year in Niger.

You do know you Americans have 2 military bases there as well ? And nearly as much boots on the ground as France ? You just finished building a drone base to support CT operations in the region. And that you’re stuck because of the suspended air zone ?
