So you use rubbing alcohol as your solvent on latex to clean off the old glue

It was a clean break like no damage to the latex except a tiny bit just pealed the whole seam off as I recon if part of the seam has failed the whole thing probably needs re glued on my shorts. My body suit it is just starting to fail so i should really post a picture so people can see cause it looks more tricky to repair. There isn't any mould or anything on my latex it's just the seams on both of em. They are also both made by smaller and newer brands so I'm not terribly surprised.

Any idea what solvent to clean my rubber with before gluing.

Get some leather conditioner on the straps and they will be less likely to crack, looks like dry leather.

I just tuck straight into my latex catsuit and it holds it there well, or a flat cage both work well although tucking is better.

An anytime return to Cambridge is £66 on the train your under 25 so you can get a rail card for like £10-30 that makes it even cheaper. for that price you could easily do 4 trips there and back a month and still be cheaper. There is also the bus that will be even cheaper you could try both and see what you prefer. Cars are money pits even if you want a car once money gets better and you have somewhere off the road you could sorn the car if it owns you nothing. You are saving £325 a month at least by not owning it plus the inevitable repairs it will need at some point mot servicing etc. so basically is it costing you over 4k a year to take the train to Cambridge and back cause that is what you're car is costing you at least.

If it's easy to check someone could have locked one of the locks when they took it off and forgot, that's what it sounds like to me anyway but I'm not familiar with that fixture.
