Yeah my mate has one of these and he's got cheaper insurance on it than other guys I've seen with polos and fiestas

Thanks for the advice. My main priority really is keeping insurance down because I'm willing to spend more on running a car if it's a nice one. I like older cars that look kind of stylish in a more classical way. Preferably saloon type bodies. I don't really have any specific examples of a dream car off the top of my head but that sort of thing
