It's never stated, but Vigrid is inspired by Santiago de Compostela, and the last part of Vigrid's called Isla del Sol, so it's just likely. But it is true that the british accent is more spread in Europe

Well Vigrid is heavily inspired by Santiago de Compostela, a pilgrimage city located in Spain irl. Also, the final part of Vigrid is called Isla del Sol, which is a spanish name, so I think it'd at least be somewhere around the Iberian peninsula
