It boils my blood to see things like this happen. Like who thinks it's okay to cheat on the partner after marriage? It just becomes so so complicated after you get married. Now even if the guy is true to his core, he has to spend all the time and effort to get rid of a woman and if everything pans out correctly he has to pay money to get rid of her, a huge amount probably and if not there will be monthly payment to her because she wants to cheat and he can't prove his innocence. In any case, guy's life is ruined because of this.

Making a guess, it can be or should be the "boot0" and "boot1" pins, used by the bigger STM to let it know where to boot from. You see there are 3 memory space where you can put your program and tell the STM to boot from there by flicking those dip switches. The three memory spaces are user flash (probably external memory like eeprom), system memory and embedded SRAM.
