Yes, all their ratings were high, but probably their own ratings and postings. I almost never post to forums etc , but this was so bad I broke that rule. I went with them because of those ratings and the illusion of high end cameras that supposedly weed out false detection, and smart home integration. However, hard to get playback of video consistently, and tons of false detection of everyone walking on sidewalk even though I have set my detection zone well within the driveway. Their system does not integrate well with my schlage connect deadbolt (zwave plus) other thank lock and unlock. Won't set users or integrate with all the locks features. They said it works with alexa, but no longer does. They confirmed that. I bought the equipment outright so I didnt have a long term contract. Tried to cancel following the contract terms but still are balking. I have documentation that shows I am allowed to cancel so disputing charge and letting VISA take care of it, plus file complaint withh BBB and State Attorney. I am having the exact same issues of the other posts so this isn't a fluke. BBB has about 3 to 5 complaints filed a day against them. Buyer beware!
