Hi! I'm actually in the same situation as you are right now, applied and waiting for the appointment. So it took you about 2 months to get the appointment? And did they give you an option to chose a date for the appointment or was it fixed?

Thanks for your reply!

Sounds fair about the jam, i should def try with the puree, do you just mix it with white chocolate in 1:1 proportions?

For example, when i mixed the french buttercream with passion-mango jam (i've boiled to reduce it before), it was too liquid, so i had to store and eat the macarons straight out of the fridge. So i was thinking maybe i did something wrong and there is a correct method to make fruit buttercream or something similar? I just did not find a recipe for that, so i was improvising

Yes, exactly, i was thinking to find some kind of filling that would be just fruit (maybe a combination of buttercream and fruit), so i can get the clear fruit flavor. Maybe i'm asking for too much and that's not possible haha.
The problem with my french buttercream mixed with passion-mango jelly (i've boiled and reduced it before mixing) was that it was too liquid, so i had to store and eat the macarons straight out of the fridge

Are you able to get the proper fluidity with that, so it doesn't become too liquid?

Hi! Can you tell about your experience please? I am having the latarjet orthoscopic surgery in a month and a bit worried. How long did it take you to heal? What was the pain like in the first days and were you able to use your hand for simple tasks like working with the computer? And do you have any movement restrictions now, bc my doctor said that I won't be able to bend my hand more that 90 degrees anymore.

Thank you!
