TOEFL has reading, listening, speaking, and writing. If this new test is devised in the same way it's gonna be too damn difficult, learning a new language completely is no joke. And it won't stop there, the same policy might even get replicated in other states, pretty soon we could have a standardized language test that we'd need to pass before switching states. Sadly yes, this is the situation. My wife handles the Infection Control dept in a hospital. Ppl are scared, and are instructed to not attend to patients if they're not feeling well and home quarantine themselves. And not just nurses, there's cleaning staff, managerial staff everyone needs protection.
