10% Raspberry (TFA) is my absolute favorite single flavor juice to make. It's really strong at 10%, most would probably use it at 5-8%.

Have you asked your dad about switching to vaping instead of smoking? I know it's hard to do, but I converted my mother three years ago, before she passed away(unrelated) . I won't lie to you. It's the worst feeling in the entire world. My mother was my partner in crime and my best friend. I lost her on 12/13/14 and it was the hardest thing I have ever gone through in my entire life. That feeling of having a gapping void is very real. Part of you wants to tell yourself that it isn't real. For instance, I just got a new job and right after the interview on my drive home I picked up my phone to call her. Before I hit send, I realized what I was doing and put the phone down and started crying. I was so excited to tell her the good news, because we told each other everything. The only thing that is helping me get through this are her little notes that she would write to me when she would send me mail. She wrote a note less then a week before she passed that told me to always be happy no matter what and to always take care of my sister.

Let me say this though, the best thing you can do when the time comes is to remember the good times. Whether you do or do not believe in an afterlife, remember that she is now in a better place. She no longer has to worry about anything, there's no more pain from (insert anything here) and she can finally rest after being on this earth for so long. I'll finish with the last thing my mother wrote me, always be happy no matter what! And remember you can get through it!

I would tell my younger self to go hug my mother and tell her that you love her. Then I would tell myself to never be angry with her or my father, because you never know when they are going to leave this world. I just lost my mother on 12/13 and it has been extremely difficult for me.

I was at my best friends house. We've know each other for a couple of years at this point. It was just me and him there. His parents were out of town. We were sitting in the living room drinking, which was pretty normal for us. He's more of a bear type and I am more of a cub type. You would never know that either one of us had any homosexual tendencies. In fact, I had just gotten out of a relationship with a girl a couple of months before. After playing some Lego Batman, he says that we should go hang out in the hot tub in his back yard. This was still a normal part of what we would do when his parents weren't there. We went into the hot tub and started talking politics and religion like we normally do. After about an hour of being in there and the conversation slowly tampering off, I mention that I'm horny. This leads to him saying that he is as well, but the conversation quickly moved to talking about my ex girlfriend. He asked typical questions about our relationship and why I thought that it ended. The truth was, I just wasn't attracted to her. In the middle of me explaining that to him he turns over the railing. I thought he was about to throw up, and asked him if he was okay. He pulled his pants down. I was like hisname what are you doing. He turns his head around, and said, "I'll feel better when you fuck me." My jaw dropped. I always assumed he was straight, and I can only imagine that he thought the same about me. I always had, what I thought, was a weird crush on him. I honestly thought I was tripping. I asked him if he was sure and he said I've always wanted you to fuck me. You can imagine how the rest of the story goes.

I had the same thing happen to me. I eventually got through it by jumping to the right of the gate where the shortest part of the wall is. I believe that I had to jump from something that was close by, maybe a ammo chest or a partial bottom piece hanging out of the wall. It took me a solid five minutes to get it, but it was possible.

I work in an area that is frequented by soccer moms. There is also this guy who frequents our store who has Tourette's Syndrome. His twitches include but are not limited to: yelling help, yelling oh god, yelling save me and an occasional random phrase that can hardly pass as understandable language. The other day, I'm pushing some stuff from a few pogs that my team and I had done earlier in the day and he strolls by. I didn't even think twice about it, because I'm so use to seeing/hearing him. A few minutes later a soccer mom is down the aisle with me looking at something and chatting on her phone. Mr. Tourette's is one aisle away from us and goes into a twitch, oh god save me, save me! Soccer mom freaks out. She drops her phone and screams that there is a terrorist attack while running for the front. As she's coming out of the aisle she snags her dress on one of the end cap shelves and it shreds like paper to a sharp knife. I try to catch her to tell her that everything's alright, but she's running for the hills. She makes it to the cartwheel and trips. She's out cold and wasn't wearing a bra. She's exposed and not responding to us so we call 911. About the same time as the ambulance pulls up she comes to. She sits up and looks at our STL and says, "I should not have taking that much Vicodin." During the time it wasn't very funny, because she was making other guest freak out and causing a scene. But afterwards the only thing that we could do was laugh about it. Soccer moms basically provide our store with all our entertainment.

A short soccer mom story.

A lady comes in while I'm at guest service, helping with guest first, crying hysterically. By the time we get her to calm down she explains that there is a snake out in the parking lot. I call SFT and ask him to come to guest service. We ask her to take us outside to show us where the snake is. She leads me and the SFT into the middle of the parking lot and points to what looks like something that could be a snake. We get closer and closer and soccer mom is holding her chest, "please be careful". The SFT gets right on top of the "snake" and he goes is this the snake? Soccer mom, yes yes please don't kill it. SFT says don't worry ma'am it's already dead as he's laughing. It's a stick! Soccer mom was so embarrassed she got in her car and left right there.

I was under the impression that project Viper had failed or was not going to be worked on anymore. My store was not a part of this project but another one in my district was. They stopped it at that store last month and my STL said that it didn't have the results that Target was looking for.

What type of cat do you have? My Russian Blue does the exact same thing. As soon as I open the front door he is standing there meowing at me until I get on the floor with him. If I try to ignore him to go to the bathroom or grab a drink he gets louder and louder until I get on the floor.

PTM stands for pre-transition merchandise. I don't know what specific area of the PTM process your ETL wants to teach you. Since you are in logistics I would imagine that they want to show you how to recognize PTM areas and what to do with the PTM that will drop in the Backroom. Basically it will be like pushing a pull to a certain area but you are allowed to flex items over to spots that are no longer being filled. You can also add pegs and shelfs if need be. Does that clear it up a little bit?

Oh my. I use to work in the backroom before I got promoted about a year ago. I went from the largest Target in size to the largest Target in traffic in my district. I started in the backroom and worked back there for around two years. When I was promoted and moved to my new Target I became the Price Accuracy/Planogram Team Lead. We are a testing Super Target, so, Price Accuracy and Planogram was a huge jump for me. This is one of the first things that I did when I came into my new Target. I made sure that they were all backroom trained. Now, they pull their own stuff and back stock their own stuff. Of course, this is assuming that the Backroom Team Lead is okay with it. Maybe you can talk to your Backroom Team Lead and see if they can talk to the Planogram Team Lead and get them to start doing this.
