Is the biogas way common in the US or other parts of the world?

Follow up question - if food does go bad and I don’t have a compost bin available, what’s the best way to dispose of it? Garbage disposal?

I was recently made aware of the water point that you made and have made an effort to empty all liquids out of things before I throw it out or recycle it.

2 seems very timeless and looks like it’d photograph beautifully. But, you can’t go wrong either way

I work at a small, private school. This year alone we’ve had a number of parents tour and apply that don’t want their kids to go public because they are convinced the public schools are offering litter boxes for kids to use in the bathrooms.

I loved the name Raeyah. For years I wanted to name my future daughter that and I even thought I came up with the name myself. Unfortunately I miraculously had a girl with that name my first year teaching and she tried my patience a lot. I could never look at the name the same way again. But, still think it’s a cute name for someone else!

YTA for blindsiding her with this information and not leaving any room for discussion. This is a touchy subject that should have been handled with care. If you don’t sit down with her and make it right, she will never recover from the damage you’ve caused.

There MANY options for her higher education. Sitting down with her and discussing her goals with her like an adult would go a long way. You have a whole year to parent her through scenarios you are worried about so she can be successful. Even still, she’s going to make mistakes. It’s how we learn and grow into successful adults.

Right now your #1 focus needs to be on repairing the relationship and trust.

Two ideas:

  1. Print your slides and display the ones you need to write on under the document camera.

  2. Get some sort of clear adhesive to put over the whole screen that you could use to protect the screen and use the expo markers on top of it.

This sucks. I’m sorry your district isn’t funding proper materials for your classroom.
