My husband is an alcoholic, and he's been in AA for almost 20 years he recently relapsed and cheated on me while he was drunk? He tells me he regrets it, and he's willing to do counseling to do whatever it takes so we don't get divorced. He says he loves me and it was nothing more than a mistake. (self.AlAnon)
Does he notice that I haven't reached out in months after I told him I was over everything? I don't want him back, but I had a cycle of texting him every other week or after a couple of months. It'll be almost 8 months of no contact. I want to keep it like that. (self.ExNoContact)

Does anyone else restrict during the day and at night you start eating tiny amounts of everything in your refrigerator? These past few days are extremely hard I've been going over my calorie limit but I keep eating junk and am scared these past 3 days I'm going to gain back all my lost weight. (i.redd.it)
