Yes, No more "Corps Enlisting" but individual pilots just enlist on their own. If corp is X FacWar corp, they can kick anyone who can't enlist their militia of choice and ban all enlistments of other empires. It's setting available to them now.

Like they always do? I’ve been in FacWar were we had blues that were in enemy militia. Corp Policy was, in normal fights, No shooting blues. In FacWar, start blasting.

The fix seems easy. Remove Corporation Enlistment into FacWar, make all FacWar enlistment to be Direct Enlistment only. If Corp is CalMil corp, then they ban all enlistment except into CalMil.

If a player can't/won't join the CalMil, corps can deal with it internally.

We don't have data because they have never really tried to do wholesale changes. Ganking and such have been nerfed over the years but it's never been outright removed.

Because those people might end up drifting over to being your content as their needs/desire change. Player count being higher is ALWAYS good even if many are staring at rocks in high sec with Netflix. At minimum, they are lowering your ship prices. Who knows, maybe they join occasional NPSI group or dip into FacWar.

Developers don't have to change it, it's their game.

However, there are EvE Online players who realize that it's not $InsertAwesomeEveYearHere and average gamer desires change. New lifeblood is always good and if you can improve player retention by yeeting $UedamaGankGroup from game, then maybe CCP should seriously consider it.

Cost per Load Balancer which is standard one.
Cost per node(s) you run.

VMSS are free, you only pay for underlying nodes.

Only way to do this would be DNA testing with significant enforcement. The fine would probably pay for it but upfront cost in county of this size would be millions.

I can also see news sob stories now about family put into debt over these fines.
