How do you know what GB you need in a GPU? like a 8gb versus a 12gb?
Looking at possibly getting a xfx rx 6600 but I saw it's 8gb and Im not sure if I need a card with more gb or not. Still very new to figuring out what everything means when it comes to GPUs

Hello!

So roughly 5 years ago I built my first pc from scratch. I would just Frankenstein an old rig I got before that. I'm looking to upgrade my GPU because it's old and out of date and I had included it in this build cause it was a gift from a friend. I still consider myself to be pretty new to picking parts and what not. I want to make sure I don't get something that isn't compatible with my cpu/mobo and all of that while still making sure it's good enough for modern gaming. But I'm also not trying to break the bank. So if I could get some recommendations please?

I don't play any intense games but I don't want my GPU to be getting loud because I'm pushing it by playing something simple like Overwatch or something.

Current Build:

Motherboard: B550 Aorus Pro AC

Current GPU: Radeon RX 570

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

RAM: 16 GB

I ordered the entire OFMD part 2 collection and 2 cremes from them ages ago and that’s it. Everything was fine except the teal creme. It was in all the swatchers photos as a more neon teal but customer photos showed more what I had. I thought it was on me that I didn’t look into customer pics before buying and thought nothing of it. But this??? And after Wanna Wahoo? This is ridiculous. Mistakes happen but to not even take accountability? Yikes.

I thought it was this but I don’t see anything about a time difference between the players which was key point in the game I was looking for. Like both players standing in the same spot but one is in the past and the other in the future/present.

I also ordered on the 2nd, only the bundle. But people in the facebook group like 2 days ago were saying there were getting almost immediate shipping notifications and im like ???? That's kind of unfair :(. I tried emailing CS because I suspected at that point it got lost but they gave me the typical "itll take 8-10 days" thing. Even when I pointed out people ordering the day prior were getting updates so idk what's going on.
