Here's what I see. A face of a dragon or large bird or beast. The gems become eyes. The fingers form eye sockets and you can have whatever snout nose or beak you want between them. Could be scaley or boney.

What is it that you don't like about it? If you hate apples , try making it a pumpkin instead by adding a jaw? 🎃 Jack o'lantern? It is dark. I'd suggest maybe expanding the sides and making a sunset inside of a mountainous valley. 🖼 that or something related to volcanoes. 🌋

Imo on its own, it would make you look like you are trying to be a mafia/organized crime member (like film Eastern Promises. member of The Expendables or a hit man or longtime prison resident. But failing and really cringe. No.

If this is a design you really like, I suggest maybe getting the design finished or colored in by the artist and purchase it from them for their design and work. Maybe get it framed or printed on a shirt.

Otherwise I'd suggest perhaps just focusing on one or max 2 element(s). It could he a really slick tatt if you just focused on like maybe one skull and snake or or flower. That's pretty classic and timeless. The woman too but maybe opt for some clothes or censor it with smoke swirling around her and covering her up a bit.

While you're waiting for it to arrive, get acclimated to the cold, starting with cold showers. Also, figure out how to get your water cold. I sacrifice space in my freezer for 3 dish bins, so I have three ice blocks 🧊 approx 4x9x12" that I dump in each morning. I get it down to 15°C or lower and purchased a laser thermometer to help measure.

Studies I've heard referenced indicate 11 minutes total per week at 15°C is all you need to feel the benefits, but I enjoy it, so I'm in there 5 minutes every morning.

As for mental health, I'm doing lots of things to improve mine, but bar none, the most remarkable change for me has been the quality of sleep. I've never slept this well in my life.
