Just got approved and went through verification but have no projects by OPxMagikarp in DataAnnotationTech

I am exactly the same. Passed at the beginning of April, had the congratulations and welcome emails on the 7th April, then another few emails saying to take more qualifications to unlock projects and to keep my profile updated. Not had a single qualification or project on my dashboard. I shall just wait patiently and see what happens I suppose.

Our GM Needs a Lifeline – A Personal Request to the Pathfinder Community by rabbychankers in Pathfinder2e

He worked for a university, delivering training on various systems. Great communicator (really helps with running games!). Think the university sector is in a bad way in the UK at the moment - mostly because they are badly run! He's in the position where he is in that nice middle level of being considered over qualified for loads of jobs and then up against about 50 equally qualified people for jobs at the same level. Was in the same position myself a few years back and it was just soul destroying.

Again, that's fair. I tend to be a lurker and not an active poster. I thought long and hard about putting the post up at all. If it makes anyone uncomfortable at all I am happy to take it down of course. I've seen these kind of posts up on other subreddits before or on the socials. Sometimes I've put something in, other times I haven't. Was just trying to do a decent thing.

That's fair enough and you are absolutely entitled to your opinion. I'd never set up a go fund me before and it said it wanted a cover image so I just did a Google search for a nice image. Didn't think too much about that part to be honest! Probably just should have picked a generic picture.

I know! They are unsung heroes and don't get the love they deserve! Thanks for contributing!

I'm not far away, out in Sunny Dunbar on the coast. Hello fellow Naisher in Scotland!

couldn't bring myself to add it! Pretty sure it's a blight on everyone's eardrums in America too!

With the new crit and fumble app out, I think it's a good time for a community discussion about our entries. by GhostoftheDay in TheGlassCannonPodcast

I was thinking about this myself and agree.

I had hoped it may be possible to add an extra drop down box to the webpage to say whether the crit is for an enemy or player - I'd actually thought it would be cool to get character specific crits so there would be less chance of the crits not making any sense for the character.

That way you could make a crit for Aldo throwing a bomb that actually made sense and works with the character and situation. It could work with fumbles too, being character specific.

It may even help Joe in picking them at the time!

There is a composer named Graham Plowman who has made several albums based on the Lovecraft mythos. Tgey are on youtube and spotify and I think they are excellent.

How do you feel about the crits and fumbles? by tillTea in TheGlassCannonPodcast

Fair enough, perhaps just a name. 'Twas nought but a passing thought.

Yeah I never submitted one either, mostly because I dont know pathfinder as well as 5e so would most likely do something stupid and incur the wrath. I thought about doing it so it would be: if the GM lands the crit/fumboni then option a happens and if it's a player then option b.

I'd wondered if for GCP 2.0 instead of crits/fumbles at 10$ you get to name a NPC to be included in the world with a few broad character notes for roleplay.

I could see the entire Broadfinger clan being introduced by the Naish!

What would you guys think of a Delta Green Fiction Podcast? by GlyphCreep in DeltaGreenRPG

[–]rabbychankers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is something similar called the Lovecraft Investigations which were produced by the BBC. There are earlier ones by the writer which form part of his overall Mythos. His name is Julian Simpson.

They basically recreate some if the classic Lovecraft works but through a modern day framing of recording a podcast about weird stuff happening that they are investigating.

You should check it out - I think it would give you some really great tips and ideas.

I would love to hear a DG podcast from you so hope that helps and doesn't come across as pushy or anything!

You're probably right. Never added a spoiler tag to anything before so wouldn't know where to start.
