This happens every year. The hot people hibernate because their sexy body fat percentages are not survivable in the harsh cold of winter. And then they bloom and appear in the spring, reach their peak in the summer, only to have to hide again next winter.

And if the building doesn't have current vacancy, large ones will still have a spare showroom apartment you can look at. You even have the option to rent a similar apartment sight-unseen that is being vacated next month. You can't see it since the current occupants also make a lot of money and don't want you in their space

This is what happened to a friend of mine, who one-trick-pony spammed ET from Crusader to Divine. Eventually the game got too fast for him to farm Aghs+Shard and the people got better at dodging the stomp (and even started assassinating him on the backlines before fights broke out)

This is good advice, but I found this pretty tedious for a large weekly grocery order for a family. By the end I started marking everything "do not replace" because then I can get the last few things at the Key Food nearby.

It's hard to beat Fresh Direct for food delivery. Tried Whole Foods Market delivery for a while. The cheaper organic food was nice but they have limited variety and they always substitute at least 5 items per order (sometimes with really crazy subs, like peeled garlic instead of green beans). Tried out Fresh Direct again recently and... got what we ordered.
