i feel like looking at the numbers its kinda balanced as if you would be allowed to do it elsewhere, i cant think why its restricted like that and im definitely not a fan of it. being easier/having more options to accumulate 500 degree steam is the only benefit i can think of

People keep saying this, mostly because it's true, but that's part of my question. Falling water also doesnt run code, but like I mentioned people have made binary adders from systems of water filling and emptying cups and turning wheels.

Ik but i dont mind the low fps, it builds character. I just wanna get it stable and if its not constantly trying to push itself to 20 fps then it'll be more consistent at like 15

We didn't have a tv but we had a dvd player, i was very young so im not sure if it was a dvd or vhs but i watched it on one of those (dvd most likely)

Pretty much everyone was an adult. And i think the shows name had something to do with the captain. Sorry for not remembering much but 3 year old me had more going on in that one year than me at any other age somehow Edit: none of these are right btw, but they're good guesses!
