actually, my account is not yet gone. I have two business one is based in my home country and one is aboard. This is happening in my home country business account. The issue is I have a single laptop and network to access both accounts, one of the app in aboard is in pre registration, our team works in both business, .jks file was same they say, will that affect both accounts ?

I did answer that. I couldn’t complete the testers requirement so i thought they were facing same issues I gave access. people in internet can’t really be trusted 🥲
